Not every groups are teams. That statement certainly is applicable towards the learning team within this case study. Tony Marshall, another-year learning team mentor, observed an interaction using the team last evening confirmed what he suspected. Only three days in to the newbie of the Master of business administration program in a large title school, the training team (LT) was in danger. From their own experience the prior year, Marshall understood that the first-rate learning team designed a huge positive improvement in a student's newbie. The corollary seemed to be true a poor or difficult LT experience could taint the whole FY and college experience. Although Marshall desired to help, he just wasn't whatsoever sure how. Within the case, Marshall thinks on how to describe the problem to his fellow peer mentors in the second year elective class on controlling teams in order to remove good quality ideas. This can be a Darden case study.
