In The month of January 2009, Herry Zudianto the Mayor of Yogyakarta was reflecting around the apparent failure of his first effort to involve the private sector within the financing and provision of municipal infrastructure. Seven years earlier the town had granted a 30-year concession to some local private company to construct and operate an intercity bus terminal. Earlier that month, the organization had sent the Mayor instructions announcing its intention to come back the concession for the reason the City hadn't resided as much as its obligations. This case is made to introduce Public-Private Close ties (PPPs) for an audience which has limited prior contact with them. The case brings about the different motives or goals for PPPs and also the conditions to which individuals goals could be sensible and achievable. Case Number 1979.
